A wafer-thin tabletop in a floating design meets filigree hairpin legs. This results in side tables with an ultra-fine silhouette that appear almost weightless. The elegance of the CoasLine series is enhanced by its clean lines and other meticulous details that are the result of careful craftsmanship. With perfectly chamfered edges and precisely butted corners, the tabletop in anthracite embodies true German quality. The black, powder-coated hairpin legs lend the side tables a classically beautiful touch and, thanks to their slight slant, are reminiscent of the traditional Scandinavian furniture style. To protect sensitive floors, CoasLine living room tables by janEven are supplied with floor protectors. These can be discreetly attached to the bottom of the steel struts without interfering with the delicate outline of the table legs.

Meticulous Selection of Materials and True German Craftsmanship

While creating his tables, the Norwegian-German designer made it a point to use only the highest quality materials. For the tabletop, he chose two differently processed layers of wood in order to meet highest design demands and at the same time ensure maximum stability. The 8 mm thin upper layer in anthracite is made of pressed HPL wood. janEven chose this material because it has been used for years in the construction of premium exterior façades and is therefore hard to beat in terms of robustness. Even a wafer-thin layer of the pressed wood is extremely resistant and can be designed in any colour. Slightly inwardly displaced, there is an additional layer of birch plywood under the visible table top. The white-coated wood provides further stability while contributing to the floating look of the tabletop. The elegant table is rounded off by finely chamfered edges and lightly butted corners. True German craftsmanship that makes CoasLine design tables particularly high-quality.
