janEven presents its new designer table series FleatLine. Through a combination of high-quality materials and a sophisticated design, the coffee tables combine elegance and stability. The wafer-thin, light-grey tabletop seems to float weightlessly above the premium, brushed stainless steel runners. Both the square tabletop and the graceful skids made of refined metal are designed with straight lines, giving them an extremely stylish and modern look. It is precisely these clean lines that make the coffee table a timeless accessory for any living room. It can be ideally positioned in front of the sofa where it serves as a practical surface and becomes the decorative centrepiece of your room. To perfectly complement your existing living room decor, the design tables of the FleatLine series are also available in the colours white and anthracite.

High-Quality Coffee Tables Made from Hand-Selected Materials

When designing his coffee tables, the Norwegian-German designer was intent on using natural materials. In order to meet this requirement and at the same time achieve a uniquely noble, robust end product, the table top consists of a clever combination of two wooden layers: A finely pressed HPL top paired with a birch plywood base that is offset towards the centre of the table. Due to their original use as high-quality external facades, HPL panels have a low material thickness, while at the same time they are known to be extremely robust. The Scandinavian-German designer skilfully exploits these properties for the production of his tables. The 8 mm thin boards consist of 70% wood fibres, which are soaked in melamine resin and pressed under high pressure and at extreme temperatures. The edges of the filigree wooden top are then carefully finished with a stylish bevel and precisely butted corners. The contrasting black edge of the tabletop comes from the high-quality wood fibre core of the HPL and lends the coffee table a unique, modern touch. Perfected German craftsmanship with maximum precision that you can see and feel immediately.
